Going through a divorce in California? Selling your home during a divorce is not a fun process to go through, no matter how amicable the split might be. Pain and emotion along with lingering questions such as "how can we sell our home fast during a divorce" are not uncommon.

Probate in California can be tricky if you don’t know what you’re doing. Selling a house in probate is also something that hits close to home for me and while I am not a legal expert, I can certainly speak with some authority on the subject, having gone through this experience, first hand.
